A large development on a challenging site, for a variety of reasons, particularly in meeting council requirements for soft landscaping. Nic worked closely with the project team to deliver functional outdoor areas for each lot, along with a shared communal sitting space that activates the street frontage and provides valuable amenity for the new community.

Immersive 3D imagery played a key role in clearly communicating the design intent and helping gain council support, supported by a comprehensive drawing set that provided sufficient detail for both council approval and construction.
