Optimising the outdoor areas to provide an appealing outdoor area whilst still hitting councils requirements of 20 % soft landscaping proved pivitol in making this design pop. Varied paving at the vehicle crossing adds quality whilst the exposed aggregate vehicle access is hard wearing in high turn areas as well as adding quality to the overall outcome. Some considered geomtry of the paths allows for a specimen tree at the end of the acess road which will benefit a nice view down the right of way. Well designed patios allow for the use of varied planting to create a sense of space and the location of shade trees for the outdoor patios.
